My ER experience was exceptional (N Monroe Location). staff professional, recognized possibility of sepsis immediately, and I saved my life! Very compassionate, informative and responsive.

The ER staff on duty was kind, caring, considerate, and professional. The ER doctor was great! He jumped right in and got the ball rolling in getting me admitted to the hospital, so that I could get on the road to recovery. My hats are off to a great team that was on duty that night. Even the EMT’s that transported me to the hospital were very professional also.

Hca hospital is to small for the amount of patients that go there. I went to the er around lunch time. It took awhile for me to be call to have my vitals taken. The nurse practitioner came to talk to me. Then I was sent back to the waiting room. Sat for a long time in the waiting room. The nurse practitioner came out to the waiting room to talk to me. Sat there for a while longer. Finally got called to the back. Layed for a while. Was finally told that I was going to have a ct scan and a ultrasound done. Layed there a while longer. Finally came to get me for the ultrasound after that they took me back to lay there longer. They came to get me to get the ct scan. They took me back to lay there longer. I finally seen the doctor with the results at 11:30 pm. I was told that I was going to be admitted overnight. I never went to a room. I stayed in the er all night until 6:00 pm the next day. Hca hospital needs a bigger er and hospital. There isn't enough rooms for the amount of patients that they get there. So it makes everything go very slow.

10/10 i delivered 3 babies there and it has been a pleasure. My son was left in nicu for about a week due to being born prematurely last week and the ladies there took great care of him. Thank you to Nurse Lindsey and Haley for taking great care of him and Mrs Jordan for checking in on any concerns i had while at the facility. Hannah B, for being a listening nurse, and the support from Mrs Rachel during the c section prep and i believe the African American lady with the natural hair name lyndia (something close to that) toook great care of me as my nurse..thank you so much ladies 🫶🏾💕

10/10 Everyone was so nice welcoming and made me feel comforted , heard and Safe. Although I was in labor for three days no one gave up on me no one forced me no one rushed me everyone was patient and showed up for me in all ways . I don’t remember everyone’s names but I appreciate them all. Dayshift and night shift Nurses did an awesome job and I couldn’t thank them enough I do remember my dayshift nurse name Maddie she cared for me in ways like a big sister ! I had an emergency C-Section and Dr. Berg and his team made me feel safe literally slept through the whole things.Thank you HCA
